**Role Summary**:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring product quality at every stage—from receiving to final inspection—by adhering to company standards and ISO 9001:2015 procedures. The role involves inspection tasks, maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring workplace discipline, and actively contributing to continuous improvement and team goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Inspection**:

- Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
- Ensure delivery of defect-free components to customers.
- **Quality Compliance**:

- Follow work standards, visual displays, and ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
- Ensure rejected parts are moved to the Non-Conformance (NC) area.
- **Workplace Standards**:

- Maintain 5S and good housekeeping.
- Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
- **Tool & Equipment Management**:

- Keep gauges, instruments, and hand tools in good working condition.
- Ensure personal tools/documents are not used by others without permission.
- **Teamwork & Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate actively in team activities (CFTs).
- Suggest improvements and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Use consumables efficiently and responsibly.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:

- Support departmental goals through coordination and tracking of quality metrics.

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015.
- Basic understanding of CAPA and quality documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
