**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **highly motivated and goal-oriented Telesales Executive** to join our growing team at **The Qwerty Ink (TQI)**. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting with potential clients to support our **B2B sales efforts**.

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients — making a strong and professional impression is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound cold calls** to potential business clients across various industries.
- Generate and **qualify leads** to build a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
- **Schedule meetings and product demos** for the Sales Managers.
- Accurately **update CRM** systems with all lead and call information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective **lead handover** and communication.
- Consistently meet or exceed **daily, weekly, and monthly targets** for calls and lead generation.
- Conduct **market research** to identify new opportunities and target industries.
- Support continuous **improvement of outreach strategies and lead generation processes**.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in **tele-sales, inside sales, or lead generation** (B2B experience is preferred).
- Excellent **verbal communication and persuasion skills** with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- Ability to **handle objections and rejections** confidently.
- Basic knowledge of **sales pipelines, CRM tools**, and lead tracking.
- Strong **organizational and time management skills**.
