We are looking for a Piping Design Engineer with experience on UGNX 12 (or) E3D, having 6 to 10 years of Experience for our esteemed client for the Bangalore Location.

**Key Skills**: “Piping Design”, Schematics, P&ID, “Piping and Instrumentation Drawing”, Piping, Tubing, Arrangement Drawings, E3D, NX, “Modification Kit”, “Enovia PLM”

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Review and understanding experience in Schematics (P&ID) and Instruments (e.g. Air systems - Inlet Bleed Heating, Cooling & Sealing Air, Fuel Gas Systems, and Water systems and Oil System and also associated instrumentation).
- Develop new Arrangement drawings & BOM inline with P&ID Schematics which inclusive of Valves and all process equipment
- Preparation of Modification Kit and FMI (Field Modification Instruction manual) for Field support.
- Serve as primary interface with customers and have demonstrated the implementation of design requirements, design changes, analysis, and verification of each task.
- Coordination with all Cross-Functional Teams such as (Tech Leads, Chief Engineers), Suppliers, Configuration Team, Electrical Team etc

**Qualification, Skills, and Experience**:

- Should have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Piping Detailed Design Engineering from the accessory piping systems of Power Plants.
- Should able to understand the ITO inputs (Inquiry to Order) - Technical Proposal (Project Contracts)
- Should have extensive review and understanding experience in Schematics (P&ID) and Instruments (e.g. Air systems - Inlet Bleed Heating, Cooling & Sealing Air, Fuel Gas Systems, and Water systems and Oil System and also associated instrumentation).
- Should have very good experience in Piping, Tubing and all associated fittings,
- Should have experience in developing new Arrangement drawings & BOM inline with P&ID Schematics which inclusive of Valves and all process equipment
- Should have very good experience in Preparing Modification Kit and FMI (Field Modification Instruction manual) for Field support.
- Should have experience in Piping Support & structural engineering calculations as project needed.
- Should have demonstrated ownership & decision-making of the design, considering cost, feasibility in manufacturing and fabrication.
- Should have served as primary interface with customers and have demonstrated the implementation of design requirements, design changes, analysis, and verification of the each task.
- Planning the tasks, executing and delivering on time, with cost effective and quality.
- Should have excellent Coordination skills with all Cross-Functional Teams such as (Tech Leads, Chief Engineers), Suppliers, Configuration Team, Electrical Team etc.
- Engineers should have confidence with autonomy to deliver as work package is critical
- GTCC PLM (ENOVIA) CO/CA Process experience will be added as advantage.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
