We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive based in Chennai to contribute to our business development efforts in the region.
Job Summary Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - India
Location: Chennai, India
Industry: Logistics | Freight Forwarding | 3PL
Experience: 5-7 years Education: Graduate (MBA Preferred)
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities - Support the implementation of regional sales strategies to drive business growth in Chennai and surrounding regions. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, warehousing, and logistics solutions. - Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Assist in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Coordinate with internal teams to develop customer-specific solutions. - Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business planning. - Attend industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions to promote the company’s offerings. - Provide timely updates and reports to the sales leadership team.
Key Requirements - 5-7 years of sales/business development experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL industry. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively. - Strong understanding of the logistics landscape in South India. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail. - Graduate degree is required; MBA is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
