**Roles and Responsibilities**

Experience in Managing Citrix Infra of around 20k Users

Expert in managing Citrix Ver 7.15, NetScaler, Work Place Environment Manager (WEM ) etc.

Experience in Cloud VDI (Citrix, Azure WVD,) is mandatory

Experience with MicrosoftWindows,Office 365,Configuration Manager,Active Directory and PowerShell scripting(3-4 years minimum).

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities and projects.

Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).

ITOperationaloversightknowledge is a plus, especially with amanaged service provider.

Highly collaborative with product owner mindset and manages good relationship with peers within and outside the team.

Technical Exposure with
- Dell Blade centers
- Networking concepts and security devices exposure
- Thin clients (Chromebook, Zero clients, etc.)

Develop and maintaindesktop virtualizationroadmap, leveraging industry best practices, SPGI Digital Technology strategy and business requirementsto align technology to business needs to ensure optimal outcomes.

Interact with key businessandIT stakeholders to proactively identity business problems and opportunities that can be addressed with innovative technology solutions. Be able to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical requirements.

Ensure enterprise standards, goals and compliancepoliciesare maintained andenforced in thedesktop virtualization services area.

Oversee and lead/drive the implementation of key enterprise initiatives relatedVirtual Desktop computing technologies.

Ensures IT Leadership is aware of all known and identified risks to system availability, performance, reliability and security.

Present to senior managementdesktop virtualizationtechnology-related issues and trends.

Serve as primary liaison to vendors in this technology space.

Partner and work collaboratively with various IT groups to influencetheirfuture technology decisionsto optimize thedesktop virtualizationservice.

Contribute to otherWorkplaceServicesinitiatives.

Work collaboratively with other members of Workplace Services to influence future technology decisions.

**Basic Qualification**:
10+ years of hands on experience in planning and engineering support for Citrix products like virtual desktops and virtual apps. Netscaler, WEM, etc
