Roles & Responsibilities:

- Creating Digital Marketing Strategies to optimize online traffic to the company’s website
- Should have Expertise in Google ads.
- sound hands in website lead generation.
- Expert in Campaign Running
- Taking care of all Digital Marketing Components from SEO, SMM, SEM to content marketing and SEO Copywriting.
- Evaluating Digital Marketing strategies and success ratio of competitors for creating Digital Marketing plans to overtake them.
- Strong SEO Fundamentals and should be expert in Off-Page optimization and On-Page Optimization
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Constantly look at competitors and provide SWOT analysis and identify their success factors.
- Keep pace with digital marketing industry trends, new channels, and other developments in mobile marketing.
- Drive conversions through re-marketing campaigns. Identify the right channels to re-target users.
- Develops Marketing strategy, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in goals.
- Monitor and evaluate results and performance across the major channels.
- Knowledge and skilled in content creation for social media posts
- Around 5+ years of experience in IT domain with proven work experience in digital marketing space.
- Expert in Google ads is must.
- Ability to do result-driven Data Analysis
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e. g., Google Analytics, Webmaster, SEMRush, HubSpot, etc.)
- Able to create company branding strategies (Internal and External both)
- Knowing right implementation of Content Marketing
- Energetic self-starter with good interpersonal and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Strong expertise in digital practice with in depth understanding of various facets like Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Creation and Dissemination.
- Exceptional command over English and ability to multi-task and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, environment.
- Fully versed in SEO best practices and analysis of web usage trends.
