**Position: Technical Project Coordinator( prior experience in the IT industry only)**
**Experience required: 1-5 yrs**
**Vacancy: 02**

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in IT Industry.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- Communicate received information and details to the respective team.
- Keep track of the status report.
- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.
- Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise.
- Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
