**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, review, and process adverse event reports and other safety information in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
- Perform case assessment and documentation, including the identification of potential safety concerns and relevant medical information.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of safety data by conducting regular reconciliations and data checks.
- Enter and maintain accurate and complete safety data in the pharmacovigilance database.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to ensure timely submission of safety reports to health authorities.
- Participate in signal detection activities, including trend analysis, literature reviews, and evaluation of safety data to identify potential safety signals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacovigilance quality systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, nursing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: ₹186,131.51 - ₹2,559,916.30 per year
