**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through field visits, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Visit potential clients (residential, commercial, builders, architects) to promote products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.
- Create quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings as required.
- Maintain records of sales calls, pipeline, client feedback, and market trends.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales and marketing, preferably in the building material/doors/windows sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of **UPVC/Aluminium** window & door systems is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing basics.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Business Administration/Marketing/Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and site visits is an advantage.
- Own vehicle for fieldwork is preferred.
