**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Location**: Careplix, Newtown Office

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities through various channels such as networking, market research, and customer referrals.
- Product Presentations: Provide detailed product presentations to prospective clients, explaining features, benefits, and usage of Careplix's healthcare solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Target Achievement:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by executing sales strategies effectively.
- Follow-up and Closing Deals: Conduct follow-ups with potential clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections to move them closer to a purchase decision.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, proposals, and status updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product offerings.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Client Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to assist in the continuous improvement of products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in healthcare or technology sectors).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology products will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

**Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

**Salary**: Competitive, with performance-based incentives.
