**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively generate leads through showroom, referrals, cold calling, and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models, variants, and financing options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and explain features, specifications, and benefits.
- Negotiate prices, close sales deals, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Maintain client database and follow up for repeat sales and referrals.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and accessories departments for end-to-end delivery process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
- Prior experience in automobile sales preferred (freshers with strong passion for cars may also apply).
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
