- Design Conceptualization
- Create original design concepts for luggage and travel accessories.
- Research consumer behaviour, lifestyle shifts, and trend directions.
- Present sketches and design narratives for internal reviews.
- Development & Prototyping
- Translate ideas into spec sheets and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with sample rooms and vendors for model creation.
- Refine designs based on testing, feedback, and feasibility.
- Function & Innovation
- Address ergonomic, mechanical, and performance needs in travel gear.
- Integrate material, functional and aesthetic innovations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, sourcing, merchandising, and factory teams for execution.
- Ensure alignment between design intent, cost, and production.
- Trend & Material Awareness
- Stay informed on global design, mobility, and travel trends.
- Recommend new materials for performance and cost efficiency.
