**Job Duties /Responsibilities -**

A person should have 3 years of working experience with hardware, servers, networking, and security.
- Strong knowledge of PC assembling/troubleshooting, Software installation.
- Experience in monitoring the systems & networks.
- Having solid network knowledge such as OSI network layers and TCP/IP protocols, cabling, Crimping, and Punching.
- Knowledge of Windows server installation, group policy, and Active Directory.
- CCTV Console management & Operation.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, User support with laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices.
- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to IT Assets and kept up to date.
- Should have experience in End User Support & Strong knowledge of troubleshooting.
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with the Team.
- Windows security Patch management & Good Knowledge of Antivirus.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor system performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure system security and functionality
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including managing access control and system backups.
- Work with other teams to design and implement new solutions as required
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and end-users as required

**Salary**: ₹8,642.25 - ₹24,005.11 per month
