Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Outreach:

- Identify and approach potential leads (parents, schools, etc.) to promote SRCA programs.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and gather referrals.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to increase enrollments.

2. Content Creation:

- Create engaging posts, reels, and stories for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns, including chess trivia discounts.

3. Digital Marketing:

- Manage SRCA’s online presence across social media and Google My Business.
- Run paid and organic campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.

4. Event Coordination:

- Assist in organizing and promoting online and offline chess tournaments and events.
- Handle inquiries and registrations for events.

5. Market Analysis:

- Research and analyze competitor activities and industry trends.
- Provide suggestions for improvement in marketing strategies.
