**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: M.A. in Sociology, MSW (Social Work), or M.Sc. in Psychology.
- **Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹16,000/month.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
- Create personalized recovery plans for patients.
- Support patients and families in understanding addiction and recovery.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in counseling.
