Job Title: Delivery Boy / Delivery DriverJob Description:
The Delivery Boy is responsible for delivering Domino's orders to customers in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. They serve as the face of the company to customers and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Order Delivery**: Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers’ homes, businesses, or designated delivery locations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly, professional service by greeting customers, confirming their orders, and ensuring they are satisfied with their delivery.
- **Timely Deliveries**: Ensure all deliveries are made within the expected time frame, maintaining a fast delivery rate.
- **Payment Handling**: Collect payments from customers (either cash or card), provide receipts, and handle any necessary change.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure the delivery vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and safe to operate.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving and delivery.
- **Order Accuracy**: Verify that all items in the order are correct before leaving the store and ensure the correct order is delivered to the customer.
- **Documentation**: Report any issues such as delivery problems, customer complaints, or vehicle maintenance issues to management.
- **Team Collaboration**: Assist in store duties like taking orders, packing, and cleaning during non-peak hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Valid Driver’s License**: Must hold a valid, local driver's license.
- **Reliable Vehicle**: Must have access to a personal vehicle (bike, scooter, or car, depending on the location).
- **Good Communication Skills**: Able to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
- **Time Management**: Ability to deliver orders on time, managing multiple deliveries efficiently.
- **Basic Math Skills**: Able to handle payments and give change accurately.
- **Physical Fitness**: Capable of handling physical tasks like carrying and delivering orders.
- Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position typically requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays due to the nature of the business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
