**Digital Marketing Executive** - Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing advertising campaigns. - Developing and monitoring campaign budgets. - Planning and managing our social media platforms. - Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance. - Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. - Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. - Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. - Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. - Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. - Training junior telecalling staff. - Implementing telecalling strategies. - Monitoring the performance of the telecalling team. - Setting weekly and monthly telecalling targets. - Compiling and presenting telecalling reports. - Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence. - Responding to comments on each of our accounts including Google Reviews. - Deleting/ Hiding negative comments - Overseeing customer service provided via social media. - Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives. - Managing the online booking platform - Checking for daily booked status - Preparing monthly MIS for the online booking system - Checking for Website updates. - Adding or removing of Doctors as needed. - Taking Approvals on a daily basis for the contents to be posted in the website & Social media. - Conducting Daily meetings & Weekly meetings and prepare the minutes. - Preparing Health Calendar & Action calendar for departmental activities. - Preparing Departmental CQI. - Giving Support for the overall Marketing activities. KEY SKILLS: - Content writing. - In depth knowledge of various social media platforms and tools. - Health care experience. **Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Kottakkal, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred) - total work: 2 years (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9072662664
