**Job Title**: Staff Nurse

**Location**: Dombivli

**Department**: Ward / ICU

**Qualification**: GNM (MNC Registered)

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care in the ward/ICU as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, medical history, and progress.
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergency situations.
- Maintain hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about disease management and post-care instructions.
- Handle medical equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
- Proficiency in patient care and emergency handling
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts
- Familiarity with ICU/Ward procedures and protocols

**Working Hours**: Rotational shifts

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
