Digital Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Content Creator and Manager to join our team. This role requires expertise in creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, optimizing posts with keywords, running Google advertisements, and utilizing other promotion platforms to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage the target audience, and generate leads.

2. Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Write and curate engaging social media posts, articles, and blogs that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand's tone and voice.

4. Conduct keyword research and optimize social media posts with relevant keywords to improve searchability and increase organic reach.

5. Utilize social media management tools to schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts and campaigns.

6. Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.

7. Engage with the social media community by participating in discussions, answering questions, and building relationships with followers and influencers.

8. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including Google advertisements and sponsored posts, to generate leads and drive traffic to the website.

9. Analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to evaluate the performance of campaigns and optimize content and strategies for better results.

10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation techniques.

11. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all social media channels.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.

2. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Strong understanding of social media management tools and analytics platforms.

4. Proficiency in keyword research and optimization techniques.

5. Experience in planning and executing paid social media campaigns, including Google advertisements.

6. Knowledge of lead generation strategies and techniques.

7. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms.

8. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating visually appealing social media content.

9. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.

10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

11. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

12. A portfolio showcasing your social media content creation and management work is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹6,500.00 - ₹9,500.00 per month
