Project Coordinator

Ø Responsible for overall development after sales w.r.t Project Coordination.
Ø Act as a SPOC for customer; provide Operational / Technical goals proposal in the field of passive network.
Ø Develop comprehensive SOP to be shared with Vendors as well as other staff members for Project coordination purpose.
Ø Good communication and co-ordination skills with customers as well as other departments.
Ø Interact directly with customers to effectively promote the solution/product and identify ground challenges.
Ø Responsible to Collect and manage vendor team.
Ø Passive BOQ preparation along with site visited engineer.
Ø Track all project deliverables.
Ø Regular Monitor and report on project progress.
Ø Preparing the project documents in Dwg and PDF format to submit it to customer as project report.
Ø Submission and Signoff with customer after completion of projects
Ø Co-ordinating with passive team on site at the time of project.
Ø Responsible for sharing vendor progress report with customer.
Ø Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables outputs.
Ø Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
Ø Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Ø Responsible for arranging Multiple vendor KT session with down the line team.
Ø Should participate in call weekly, monthly review meetings with Vendors.
Ø Discipline is Mandatory. In time - out time need to be followed strictly.
**Prior experience in Networking handling Passive team engineers is required.**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
