**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training programs for civil engineering professionals, covering topics such as structural analysis, construction management, and infrastructure design.
- Design instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources, to support training objectives.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through lectures, workshops, and hands-on activities.
- Assess the learning needs of participants and adapt training content and delivery methods accordingly.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to facilitate skill development and knowledge retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in civil engineering to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and participant feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, participant performance, and program evaluations.
- Stay abreast of developments in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning technologies is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for training sessions or professional development opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
