**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials including social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Ensure all designs are of high quality, engaging, and optimized for different platforms and devices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain our presence on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram
- Create and curate engaging content such as images, videos, GIFs, infographics, and captions to increase audience engagement and drive traffic to our website.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our following, increase brand awareness, and foster community engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and customer concerns.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our social media strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands, with a solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
