**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their visa eligibility and provide guidance on the required documentation and processes.
- **Knowledge**: Must have updated knowledge of all the Colleges & Universities.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all visa counseling activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- **Feedback Collection**: Solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve the visa counseling services and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Visa Counselor or tele caller, with a strong understanding of immigration regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various types of visas, including student visas, work visas, and tourist visas.
- Multilingual abilities may be an asset.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
