- In process quality check of welding / Bonding parameters of Primismatic, Cylindrical and Pouch cells
- First piece check in the process
- Process sheets, work instruction preparation, audit in the line
- Root cause analysis & 8D in the manufacturing process
- End of line testing paramter cross verification, battery testing knowledge
- Pre dispatch dock audit
- Customer audit at testing
- Knowledge on TPM
- Training on Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
- Verification of all documents pertaining to Manufacturing and Procurement
- ECN Coordination
- Plant Quality metrics development and monitoring
- Customer audits & PPAP handling
