**Opportunity**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic

Designer, you will be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating captivating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. Your work will shape the visual aspects of websites, branding creatives, social media creatives, marketing literature, landing pages, videos, and more.

**Job Description: Graphic Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Study design briefs, understand project requirements.
- Schedule projects and manage timely delivery.
- Conceptualize visuals to effectively communicate messages.
- Present rough drafts and incorporate feedback for refinement.
- Use appropriate color schemes and layouts for appealing graphics.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to meet objectives.
- Test graphics across media for consistency and performance.
- Amend designs based on feedback, ensuring on-brand appeal.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 2-3 Years Proven graphic designing experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies, such as Photoshop, Figma,

InDesign, Illustrator, Corel Draw and Filmora etc
- Experience in creating, social creatives, presentations, videos, marketing literature, including posters, flyers, standees, and other promotional materials.
- Proficiency in designing landing pages that drive conversions and create a seamless user experience.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in audio and video editing skills, Experience in web and app UI design.
- Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing your previous graphic design work.
- Technical skills and familiarity with relevant design software.
- Soft skills, including creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Any relevant certifications or training in graphic design.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
