- **Document & Courier Management**: Organize, handle, and dispatch sensitive documents and mail.
- **Visitor Assistance & Security**: Greet, escort, and manage visitor log, ensuring security procedures are followed.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and office errands.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor and replenish office supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
