**Graphics Designer (Tech & Software Industry)About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Branding & Visual Identity**: Maintain and enhance the company’s **brand identity, color schemes, and design guidelines.**

**Infographics & Technical Illustrations**: Design **data-driven visuals, testing process diagrams, and automation workflows** to simplify complex concepts.

**Social Media & Marketing Assets**: Create **engaging social media posts, banners, ads, and promotional materials** for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.

**Website & UI/UX Design**: Collaborate with developers and content teams to design **website graphics, landing pages, and UI components.**

**Ebooks, Whitepapers & Reports**: Design visually appealing layouts for **ebooks, case studies, whitepapers, and research reports.**

**Video Thumbnails & Motion Graphics (Optional)**: If skilled, create **basic animations, explainer graphics, or video thumbnails** for marketing.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with **content writers, marketers, and developers** to ensure graphics align with the company’s messaging.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Experience**: 2+ years in graphic design, preferably in **tech, SaaS, or software testing industry**.

**Software Expertise**: Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), Figma, and Canva.**

**Creativity & Conceptual Thinking**: Ability to translate **technical content into visually engaging designs.**

**Attention to Detail**: Strong skills in **typography, color theory, and layout composition.**

**Understanding of UI/UX**: Basic knowledge of **user experience (UX) and interface (UI) design principles** is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience with **motion graphics, animation, or video editing** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **software testing, DevOps, and automation concepts** to create relevant visuals.
- Knowledge of **3D graphics or interactive design tools** is a bonus.
