**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Pharmacist. The Senior Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, dispensing medication, managing inventory, and counseling patients. The Senior Pharmacist will also be responsible for ensuring that all pharmacy staff members comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

**Qualifications**
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of medication therapy and pharmacy systems
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Shift allowance

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospital pharmacist: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Registered Pharmacist License (preferred)
