Job Description: QA Manual Tester

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design documents.

Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that defects and issues are resolved effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to gather requirements and clarify testing objectives.

Participate in requirement analysis and review to provide valuable insights and feedback.

Document and track defects using defect tracking tools, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure that test environments are set up properly and test data is prepared accurately.

Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and efficiency, and propose appropriate solutions.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA team's knowledge base and documentation.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience working as a QA Manual Tester or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.

Proficient in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Solid knowledge of defect tracking tools and test management systems.

Experience with manual testing techniques, including functional, regression, and integration testing.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile development environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹11,424.75 - ₹30,000.00 per month
