**- Perl, Shell, SQL & PL/SQL scripting for Alerts, Monitoring, Reporting & Auditing
- Ability to develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts Install, patch, upgrade, configure, tune and maintain the Oracle E-business Suite 12i and 11g/12c Oracle databases
- Serve as day-to-day technical lead for developer’s enhancements or problem resolutions.
- Deploy code and setup changes to production
- Participate in system administration and operational support (e.g., maintenance and support, reviewing and analyzing system logs and problem reports, adds, changes, backups, and file restores) and assist in monitoring of the system's performance and capacity planning
- Manage resources to provide assistance to development teams with tuning database queries, reviewing and testing patches, configuration and code migrations.
- Develop purging, archiving, and cloning strategies
- Manage relationship with customers to understand customer and project needs and priorities
- To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review.
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
