This is a remote position. **This is a remote position. ***: - This job is to teach "Bharatnatyam" online to international and domestic students. - **Position**: Bharatnatyam trainer (Remote) - **Age**:20-45 years - **Qualification**:Masters degree (MA) in Bharatnatyam or degree/diploma/certification from a recognized institute or well-trained under the guidance of Guru**Experience**:2-10 years of teaching exp**Working schedule** : 6 days a week / 5 hours a day is compulsory**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Educates students by planning and course of study, according to the curriculum guidelines of the academy. - Monitors, assists, corrects, and grade student results by preparing assignments and conducting standardized tests in collaboration with the Subject matter expert **Requirements**: **PREFERRED SKILLS**: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Bharatnatyam dance is desirable for beginner level and at least 10 years of experience for advanced level - Working knowledge of Carnatic music, and tala systems is a must - Proficiency in dance theory, particularly Abhinaya Darpana - Working knowledge of Yoga to aid the dancers to learn basic Asanas along with the ability to enable them to do poses without any injury - Familiarity with the model of ISTD exams is an added plus - Working knowledge of Sanskrit language and Indian Sanskriti is required - Ability to interact collaboratively with students, parents, and administration - Ability to handle students with different backgrounds and levels of learning stage - Comfort with technology-based Online Learning (using the internet & computers). You should have LAPTOP and high-speed broadband connection and a required setup at your home. - Good communication skills in English and regional languages. **MUST HAVE**: - Laptop with a good webcam - High-speed broadband internet connection or WiFi Connectivity(Mobile Data will not work) - Power back-up Bachler Or Master of Performing Art
