**Job Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our global clients via phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective resolution of issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and provide accurate information in response to inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and troubleshooting to customers.
- Achieve performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs) set by the organization.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and ensure service quality.
- Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
