Process & Descaling In-charge

**Qualification and Experience**:

- **Qualification**: Graduate/Diploma
- **Experience**: 5 Years Experience in Similar role

**Role**:

- Responsible for planning of Descaling and Housekeeping
- Direct the Housekeeping and Descaling work force
- Report to the Site In-Charge and act accordingly
- Address workers’ grievance at the first step
- Maintain discipline of workers at workplace
- Prepare & Submit Daily Manpower Report
- Ensure daily Tools Box Talk in each shift and area
- Ensure to follow the SOP & VL safety standards
- Ensure self and workers’ safety & health
- Involvement in PTW system for a safe work at workplace
- Ensure the compliances of the Company HR Policies

**Responsibilities**:
**Planning**:

- Daily/Weekly/Monthly job plan
- Shift planning
- Material and equipment planning

**Execution**:

- Supervising the house-keeping activities with respect to the plan for timely completion of the jobs
- Supervising and monitoring of descaling activities for timely completion

**Monitoring & Control**:

- Daily tracking of plan vs Actual jobs performed
- Daily reporting of job completion

**Safety & Quality**:

- Ensure the safety performance standard requirement is adhered in all jobs
- Job quality to be ensured through following the SMP/SOP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
