**Location**: Remote **Experience Level**: Entry-level / Fresher **Reporting to**: Founder (Direct mentorship) **Role** You’ll actively work alongside the founder and creative team to: - Help produce dozens of creative variations daily for testing in Meta, Google, and other ad platforms. - Support creative testing by: Organizing creative assets, Tagging creatives by angles and concepts - Analyzing which creatives perform best - Gradually learn the foundations of performance marketing: - How ad campaigns are structured, How creatives impact campaign results and How to analyze results to find insights - Brainstorm new creative angles with the team. Your entire job is to build AI creative muscle and start contributing to real-world campaigns quickly. Who You Are Obsessed with exploring new AI tools like Midjourney, RunwayML, Pika, Leonardo.ai, HeyGen, etc. (Even if you haven’t used them yet, you’re eager to learn fast.) Love the idea of creating marketing content for consumer brands. Eager to learn how advertising works beyond just “making pretty images.” Fast, curious, and driven, you want to see your work out in the real world. Good written English to communicate ideas crisply.
