**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on **Tally ERP 9**, **Tally Prime**, and **Advanced Excel**.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective course materials and assignments.
- Provide guidance and support to students in understanding accounting principles and software usage.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and software updates.
- Maintain records of training sessions and student progress.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9**, **Tally Prime**, and **Advanced Excel**.
- Strong grasp of **accounting and finance fundamentals**.
- Good presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for better student understanding.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in **B.Com** or **BBA (Accounting)**:

- Master's Degree in **M.Com** or **MBA (Finance/Accounting)** preferred

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum **1 year** and up to **3 years** of relevant training or industry experience in **Tally and Accounting**.
