**Job Duties and Qualifications**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Comply with operational training and procedures of process steps and should be a team player.
- They should be able to share their knowledge gained and be open to continually learn while in the role owing to the evolving nature of business scenarios.

**Desired/Preferred Expertise**:

- Experience in US or Canada payroll accounting required.
- Prior knowledge of SAP Payroll is an advantage.
- Additional certifications of FPC/CPP is optimum.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills is a must.
- Stakeholder management experience is required.

**Basic Qualifications**: Graduation in any stream

**Total Years of Experience**: 2 years to 8 years

**Shift Timings**: 5 pm IST to 2 am IST
