**Job Description**:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using 3dsmax, AutoCAD, and Lumion software.

Collaborate with project teams to develop design strategies and solutions.

Ensure that construction projects meet all regulatory requirements and standards.

Manage and maintain project budgets and timelines.

Coordinate with contractors and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in architecture, including advances in 3D modeling and visualization tools.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Strong proficiency in 3dsmax, AutoCAD, and Lumion software.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Knowledge of codes and regulations related to architecture and construction.

Experience with sustainable design and materials preferred

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
