**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake bread, buns, rolls, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and dough sheeters safely.
- Monitor baking process to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Decorate and finish baked goods as required (icing, glazing, garnishing).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and report shortages.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to fulfill daily orders and custom requests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or relevant role (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency.
- Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Diploma or certification in Baking/Pastry Arts (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹11,233.97 - ₹22,000.00 per month
