Job Objective: Objective is to provide professional guidance to students interested in studying abroad in the empaneled set of universities overseas.

**Job Description**:
Convert pre-generated leads to productive leads with active participation into counseling of students.

Taking end to end ownership of nurturing leads to final conversion into an enrollment.

Counselling students and parents to understand their needs and answer their questions about study abroad and about specific universities.

Guide them on the best program for them according to their profile and accordingly explain the benefits of the product and why it is best suited for them

Maintaining MIS and database of qualified leads for effective coordination and conversion

Ensure conversions of potential online leads from the study abroad section of the portal by virtual connects (Calls / Skype / WhatsApp) into confirmed admissions in the partner universities / Institutions

**Required Skills**:
Mandatorily experience in International or overseas education counselling

Sales acumen and target orientation

Documentation and customer engagement

Excellent written & verbal communication
