**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Housekeeping & Property Upkeep**:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain upkeep standards, identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
- **Gardening & Landscape Maintenance**:
- Supervise and maintain the property's outdoor spaces, ensuring they are well-kept, visually appealing, and safe for guests.
- Coordinate with gardening staff or contractors to manage seasonal landscaping needs.
- **Guest Management**:
- Greet and manage guest interactions, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Address and resolve guest concerns, inquiries, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- **Kitchen & Food Services**:
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, hygiene, and food storage.
- Coordinate with chefs or kitchen staff, when applicable, to ensure quality service and food safety standards.
- **Purchasing & Inventory Management**:
- Handle purchasing of property supplies, provisions, and maintenance materials, negotiating with vendors for the best prices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, restocking as necessary while minimizing waste.
- **Staff Supervision & Scheduling**:
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and gardening staff, setting daily tasks and performance expectations.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure full operational coverage, managing leaves and time-offs efficiently.
- **Budgeting & Cost Control**:
- Assist in developing property budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Monitor expenses related to property maintenance, staff wages, and other operational costs, optimizing resource allocation.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, guest feedback, inventory, and expenses.
- Submit regular reports to management on property performance, guest satisfaction, maintenance issues, and budget adherence.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in property management or hospitality roles with hands-on experience in housekeeping, gardening, or general maintenance.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and reporting.
- **Personal Qualities**: Detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable, with a commitment to providing top-notch guest service.
- **Education**: A diploma or degree in hospitality management, property management, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
