**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and organized Content Writer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality content and coordinating various creative projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly, on time, and aligned with our client’s branding and marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Craft authentic and emotionally resonant brand stories that evoke a strong connection with target audiences.
- Conceptualize, script, and storyboard for YouTube and social media video ideas that resonate with target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
- Produce a variety of video content, including promotional videos, explainer videos, tutorials, interviews, social media videos, and more.

**Creative Coordination**:

- Work closely with graphic designers and other creative team members to facilitate collaboration and idea exchange.
- Provide clear briefs and guidelines to creative team members to ensure the execution of on-brand and compelling visual and written content.

**Client Communication**:

- Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding creative project updates, timelines, and feedback.
- Ensure client feedback is effectively communicated to the creative team, fostering open communication and client satisfaction.

**Project Management**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and project objectives.
- Create project timelines, schedules, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

**Quality Control**:

- Review creative assets to ensure they meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the project's objectives.

**Creative Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
- Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the impact of creative campaigns.

**Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, staying up-to-date with trends, news, and developments to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize keyword research and SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.

**Content Planning**:

- Contribute to content calendars and editorial schedules, ensuring content is planned and delivered in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and generate fresh ideas for content topics and formats.

**Content Distribution**:

- Work closely with the social media and digital marketing teams to ensure content is distributed effectively across appropriate channels.
- Craft engaging headlines, taglines, and promotional copy to capture the audience’s attention.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and tools for collaboration.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to distil complex information into engaging content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and creative teams effectively.
- Familiarity with creative software tools and platforms.
- Understanding of branding, design principles, and marketing concepts.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and changes during project execution.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
