- Collaborate with designers and buyers to ensure product quality, pricing, and design meet brand standards.
- Monitor product performance and suggest adjustments to improve sales.
- Track stock levels and manage replenishment to ensure adequate supply.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock checks and help minimize excess or outdated inventory.
- Analyze sales data to identify bestsellers and underperforming products.
- Assist in preparing reports on product performance and market trends.
- Support the creation of markdown strategies to clear excess stock.
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure appealing store displays.
- Ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Assist in managing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
- Communicate with suppliers, logistics teams, and stores to manage product flow.
- Help coordinate promotional activities and product launches.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Excel and merchandising software.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for retail, fashion, or product development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
