Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision**:Leading and managing plant operators and maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- **Operations Management**:Overseeing daily operations of the STP, including monitoring treatment processes, ensuring optimal performance, and adjusting settings as needed.
- **Maintenance Management**:Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for equipment, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring the plant operates within environmental regulations and safety guidelines, monitoring water quality, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Troubleshooting**:Identifying and resolving operational issues, addressing alarms, and responding to emergencies.
- **Reporting**:Preparing reports on plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance with regulations.
- **Budget Management**:May be involved in managing the plant's budget for maintenance, supplies, and other operational expenses.
- **Safety**:Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- **Process Optimization**:Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment processes.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and related technologies.
- **Supervisory Skills**: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and regulatory agencies.
- **Record Keeping**: Ability to maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance data.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to wastewater treatment plants.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹12,415.92 - ₹24,585.12 per month
