**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Handling sales over the phone.
- To make the cold-calls everyday
- To make the JDs of the open positions and handle few Admin responsibilities.
- Generating leads for the company.
- Research the market
- To Provide technical support
- Resolving clients' complaints and queries
- Maintaining positive and professional relationships with clients
- Should clearly communicate with the clients.
- Should help the plan travel itineraries, including suggesting local attractions.
- Should be passionate about travel and tourism.
- Should have strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
- Should have good customer service skills.
- Should be able to make arrangements for booking trips, such as ordering airline tickets, making hotel reservations, and securing rental cars etc.
- Should have the ability to handle crises.
- Should have strong organizational skills.
- Plan and Arrange travel details for clients such as tour packages, excursions, day trips, Total cost, USP and the Perks, Benefits as comparatively to the market.
- Determine clients' needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs and pitch them accordingly as per the client's requirement.
