Job Role:

- LDR staff Nurse is responsible for carrying out typical nursing activities, such as monitoring temperature, pulse, breathing and blood pressure and recording accurate results at regular intervals.
- Admission Process, transfer from ward to LDR and LDR to Ward
- LDR nurse must perform preliminary test and checks vitals on patient’s before the doctor arrives
- LDR nurse should know medication side effects.
- LDR nurse major responsibility is to look after the overall health of the patients
- LDR nurse are expected to have a thorough knowledge about non verbal signs of pain and recognizing its intensity.
- Assessing observing and reporting the Patient’s condition and nursing needs
- Prepare patients for operations and procedures
- Writing the reports and updating records before completing the shift.
- Responding quickly to emergencies
- P/V examination
- Positioning of Patient for labor, Assisting in vaginal delivery & Instrument delivery
- Handling Biomedical waste, sharps, placenta
- LDR nurse should know about administering the drugs, injections, blood transfusion and immunization.
- To carry out duties delegated to her /him in floors effectively.
- To provide clean and therapeutic environment to the patient to provide a comfortable and clean bed.
- To check and maintain equipment’s and stocks and use them judiciously.
- To be punctual on duty and follow hospital policies.
- To maintain nurses records as per hospital policy
- Differentiates between normal and abnormal physical findings
- Administers medication using age-appropriate guidelines
- Determines patient’s needs related to pain management
- Analyses situations to anticipate pathophysiological problems and detect changes in status
- Maintains privacy and confidentiality in nurse/patient relationships
- Performs physical examinations, such as measuring vitals, taking blood and urine samples, and ordering diagnostic tests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
