**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead & Manage Creative Team**: Lead the creative team of designers, 3D visualizers, and other creative professionals, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design concepts and visualizations.
- **Design Direction**: Oversee the development of design concepts and creative strategies for all interior design projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and brand identity.
- **3D Visualization**: Drive the creation of 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations to showcase design concepts effectively to clients.
- **Client Interaction**: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and business goals, and translate these insights into design concepts.
- **Project Oversight**: Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between the design, technical, and project management teams to ensure successful project completion.
- **Innovation & Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies, bringing new ideas and creative solutions to the table.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain the highest standards of design quality and visual excellence across all projects.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 7-8 years of experience in 3D visualization and interior design, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
- **Proficiency in Design Software**: Expertise in 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion) and other design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects, including 3D visualizations, renderings, and completed spaces.
- **Creative Vision**: Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility with the ability to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and team collaboration.
- **Degree**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
