**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Work with on ground sale executives and take the requirement towards closure.
- Maintain and expand database of prospects.
- Team with Account Managers to build pipeline and close deals.
- Conduct sales meetings, develop and deliver presentations to communicate IT Services to prospective clients and contribute to business activities and sales proposals.
- Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving/ surpassing sales targets.
- Expanding business reach and proactively creating new sales leads/ opportunities
- Understand a prospect's business needs and develop a tailored technology proposal.
- Call on C- and VP-level prospects to identify and qualify opportunities. Technical Skills Required
- Sales, Inside sales, Business Development, Key Accounts Management, Contractual Evaluation & Negotiation
- Setting / executing Strategies, Clientele Development, and market penetration.
- Skills in negotiations and closing deals.
- Communication & Interpersonal skills, Leadership qualities, Analytical Thinking Skills.

- Must have 3-6+ years of relevant experience in consultative client facing selling of IT infrastructure. (System Integrator experience will get priority)
- Must have strong understanding of different IT technologies like advanced computing, servers, storage, Microsoft Windows Server, Backup solutions, information security solutions like firewalls, EDR, SIEM, VA &PT Services, GRC services, NDR, XDR, FIM, IAM & PAM, Applications like ERP, Business Analytics tools, BPM etc.
- Must possess a verifiable track record of outstanding business development performance in current or prior roles.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans, in a large and in a dynamic sale environment

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
