**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform culture, sensitivity, and other microbiological tests.
- Identify microorganisms and analyze their characteristics.
- Maintain sterile and safe laboratory conditions.
- Ensure quality control and accurate documentation of results.
- Supervise and guide lab technicians when required.
- Coordinate with doctors and laboratory team for timely reporting.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- MD Microbiology or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of laboratory experience preferred (freshers can apply).
- Sound knowledge of microbiological techniques and instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
