**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Design**: Design visually compelling social media posts, stories, reels, and ads for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
2. **Print Media Design**: Develop layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional items for both internal and external use.
3. **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to Efficienza’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual communication across all touchpoints.
5. **Creative Innovation**: Stay up to date with design trends and best practices, proposing fresh ideas and concepts for upcoming campaigns and projects.
6. **Multimedia Design**: Assist in creating video thumbnails, graphics for online videos, and other multimedia content to support digital marketing efforts.
7. **Feedback and Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, and make revisions to designs as necessary to ensure the final product meets expectations.
8. **File Management**: Organize and manage all design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.

**Key Requirements**:
1. **Proficiency in Design Tools**: Expertise in design software such as Canva (must have), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent tools.
2. **Understanding of Print and Digital Media**: Knowledge of print production processes (e.g., preparing files for print) and a solid understanding of digital media (e.g., social media platforms, online advertising).
3. **Strong Portfolio**: Proven experience with a diverse portfolio of design work across both print and digital formats.
4. **Creativity and Attention to Detail**: Strong creative flair with an eye for detail, ensuring that designs are both visually appealing and functional.
5. **Time Management**: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly understand project requirements and provide updates to the team.
7. **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt design style to various projects and consistently deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
8. **Experience with Video Editing** (Optional): Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus for creating engaging video content.

**Desired Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on both print and digital media.
3. Experience in creating content for social media, including both static and dynamic designs (e.g., reels, motion graphics).
4. A solid understanding of online and offline marketing strategies and how visual design plays a key role.
