**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Planning**:Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely availability of materials and furnishings required for interior projects.
- **Supplier Management**:Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best prices and quality for the company.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts. Ensure that materials are stored properly and available when needed.
- **Order Placement**:Prepare purchase orders, review supplier invoices, and ensure that orders are placed in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
- **Cost Control**:Work within budget constraints and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Provide regular reports on procurement activities and expenses.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure that all purchased materials meet the required quality standards. Coordinate with the design and project management teams to verify that materials are suitable for the intended use.
- **Vendor Relations**:Resolve any issues related to deliveries, discrepancies in orders, or quality concerns. Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure ongoing cooperation.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on market trends, new products, and emerging suppliers in the interior design industry. Conduct regular market research to identify potential opportunities.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, delivery schedules, and payment records.
- **Compliance**:Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:A Bachelor’s degree in BE Civil, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, preferably in the interior design, construction, or furniture industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of interior design materials, furnishings, and equipment.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹13,075.82 - ₹30,000.00 per month
